Cancellation Policy

• Students must cancel by 10am on the day of the lesson to avoid being charged

• Cancellations made after 10am will be charged, but given a chance to reschedule within 5 days of the original lesson at no charge

• No call/no shows will be charged for the lesson

Attendance Policy

• Students who fail to attend lessons for 3 consecutive weeks or 4 times over a 3 month period will forfeit their lesson slot unless a previous agreement has been reached. Please let Ashleigh know if there are any special circumstances that would prevent you from coming to lessons. 

• Students who no call/no show 2 weeks in a row will forfeit their lesson slot. 

Payment Policy

• Lesson rates: 

  • $20/half hour

  • $35/hour

• Class Rates:

  • $30/class (hour long group session)

  • $50/class (hour long private session)

• Weekly payment is due at the time of the lesson via cash, check*, Venmo, or Google Pay. Monthly Payments are due at the first lesson of the month.

• Any outstanding balances from cancellations should be paid at the next lesson

• Any student with an outstanding balance for more than 30 days will have their lessons suspended until payment can be made. 

*post-dated checks will not be permitted outside of extenuating circumstances and prior conversation
